Thank you for trusting us with your pet’s care. To make sure we can offer appointments to all our patients, we are updating our appointment no‑show policy.
Over the past several months, we have had more missed appointments. When someone doesn’t show up to the appointment or call to cancel ahead of time, another pet loses the chance to be seen. To help keep our schedule fair and running smoothly, the following policy will now be in place:
After one missed appointment, we will require the exam fee to be prepaid when scheduling future visits.
This payment will be used as a credit toward your rescheduled appointment.
If the prepaid appointment is missed again without notice, the prepaid amount will be forfeited.
If a scheduled surgery is missed without notice, a deposit equal to 50% of the estimated cost will be required to reschedule.
This deposit will be applied toward the completed surgery.
If the rescheduled surgery is missed again, the deposit will be forfeited.
We truly understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to reschedule your pet’s appointment without any collecting any deposit. This allows the veterinarians to offer the appointment time to another pet in need.
